myPaintLab fulfills and ships for EU & North American customers from Germany.
Delivery time: The delivery time is made up of the production time and shipping time and is currently approx. 7 working days within Germany. Shipments to outside of Germany vary depending on the parcel delivery time in the country.
We offer a wide variety of canvas sizes and formats as well as professional stretching service for ALL sizes – also for large-size and multi-panel designs. The delivery time for orders with stretched (framed) canvas that is larger than 80cm will be communicated individually (due to shipment constraints of bulky items in different countries) as soon as the order is received. We charge a flat shipping fee within Germany of 3.99 euros, regardless of how many items you order.
Production time: myPaintLab produces each product only after receipt of the order and payment. We do not do mass production and pre-produce and warehouse finished goods. Every picture is handmade per customer defined configuration.
1. For normal themes, we need 1-3 days to complete production after payment has been made.
2. We need 2-5 days for Custom Paint by Number kits, after the customer has confirmed the preliminary design.
Depending on the complexity of the image. It can also take a little longer if the motifs are very complex, as quality is very important to us.
Shipping time and fees: The shipping time is between 1-5 days within Europe, depending on the country. Some of the goods must go through customs. Therefore there may be delays.
For customers in European countries outside Germany: the shipping fees are calculated depending on the destination country. The shipping costs that apply to you are displayed in the shopping cart after you enter your country / zip code.
